Operating from Thailand for international markets

A successful international supply process involves much more than transportation. The supplier must be identified and coordinated, product information agreed, goods checked and consolidated, packaging and documents prepared, a suitable carrier selected and destination-country partners connected.

THdelivery helps combine these stages into one manageable process. We work with suppliers and goods directly in Thailand and use our understanding of overseas markets to support international sales of Thai products.

From a digital order to a real shipment

International e-commerce combines digital and physical processes. An order may begin on a website, by email, in a messenger or in a corporate system, but the product must then be received, checked, prepared, packed and handed over to a carrier.

THdelivery connects multilingual websites and structured product information, international inquiries and order processing, Thai supplier coordination, warehouse operations, export preparation, international logistics, shipment records and customer support. This allows international trade to be managed as one system rather than a collection of disconnected tasks.

Supporting exports of products from Thailand

Thailand produces a wide range of goods with international demand: cosmetics and personal care products, wellness and SPA products, food and beverages, textiles, household goods, packaging and products made by small and medium-sized enterprises.

A quality product alone is not enough for sustainable international market access. A manufacturer may need foreign-language communication, structured product information, international order processing, export coordination, logistics and customer support.

THdelivery’s role

To reduce the distance between Thai manufacturers and overseas buyers by connecting products, information, supply-chain participants and international operational infrastructure.

Benefits for Thai business and the Thai economy

THdelivery is being developed as international trade infrastructure based in Thailand. The project is designed not only to serve overseas demand, but also to create practical value within Thailand.

  • expanding export channels for Thai products
  • supporting small and medium-sized manufacturers
  • improving the international visibility of Thai brands
  • developing digital export processes
  • using Thai warehouses, carriers and professional service providers
  • creating jobs and developing the skills of Thai employees
  • transferring knowledge of overseas markets and cross-border e-commerce
  • strengthening long-term trade relationships with Thailand

Our role is not to replace Thai manufacturers, but to help them access overseas buyers and the operational infrastructure required for international trade.

Experience developed on both sides of international trade

In 2008, the first practical projects of the future THdelivery participants began in Russia and were connected with importing Thai products. At that stage, they acted as overseas importers and buyers from Thai suppliers, learning the requirements of the Russian market, import procedures, international transportation and end-customer expectations.

One of the early projects on the Russian side was ByThai.ru, used to import and promote Thai products in the Russian market. Later, clients began requesting retail purchases, order consolidation, smaller commercial batches and supply directly from Thailand.

In 2014, the Thai company Decos Co., Ltd. was registered in the Kingdom of Thailand and began developing its own operations in e-commerce, international order handling and shipment of products from Thailand.

The combination of overseas importer-side experience and practical operations in Thailand became the foundation of THdelivery as an international trade, export, digital and logistics support platform.
