History: from importing Thai products to building an export support platform

2008: the beginning of practical experience

The practical experience of the future project participants began in 2008 in the import of products from Thailand.
The work included product sourcing, communication with Thai suppliers, product inspection,
documentation, international transportation and delivery to overseas recipients.

One of the early projects was ByThai.ru, which was connected with supplying Thai products to the Russian market.
This stage provided direct insight into customer requirements and the complete journey of a product
from a Thai supplier to an international buyer.

Growing demand for retail and B2B shipments

Over time, clients requested not only larger commercial shipments but also retail purchases,
consolidation from several suppliers, small-order shipping, online store support
and B2B delivery directly from Thailand.

It became clear that the market needed more than a seller or a carrier.
It needed a Thailand-based operational partner capable of connecting purchasing,
inspection, warehouse handling, documentation and international logistics.

2014: incorporation of Decos Co., Ltd.

In 2014, Decos Co., Ltd. was registered in the Kingdom of Thailand.
During the same period, the company began developing its own cross-border e-commerce operations
with direct shipment of products from Thailand.

Daily work with real orders created practical expertise in dealing with Thai manufacturers and distributors,
order verification, warehouse handling, international packing, commercial and transport documents,
export procedures, carrier coordination and overseas customer support.

From 2020: THdelivery as a dedicated business direction

As shipment volumes grew, the accumulated infrastructure began to support not only the company’s own trading projects.
THdelivery developed as a separate international trade and logistics support direction.

The project brought together product receiving and consolidation, inspection and repacking,
preparation for international transportation, export document coordination,
cooperation with carriers and customs representatives,
and information support for shippers and recipients.
